Wilson on the Way
I just returned from some time running in the back country. I train myself with 400 and 800 meter repeats. Two of these courses have grade elevation. I have developed this training to equal twice the time I will skate on a hockey game shift. A short walk equals the time sitting on the bench. I do these workouts for the full ice time of a game. To further increase my endurance I will hike hills for twice the game time duration or about two hours. Just sharing this information.
